Information we collect
When you shop with us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing details, order contents, payment status, and delivery information. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Yellow Brick Road Orchids. If you connect or purchase through eBay, we may receive the account, listing, order, and fulfillment information that eBay permits you to share.
How we use information
We use information to operate the store, process and ship orders, prevent duplicate sales, provide customer support, maintain required business records, prevent fraud, comply with law, and prepare plant records for the optional Dual-ID service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate the store, including Stripe for payments, eBay for connected marketplace activity, hosting and database providers, and shipping or postage providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
eBay account deletion
We receive eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When eBay sends a valid deletion request, matching eBay identifiers and personal customer information held solely for the connected account are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
Retention and security
We retain order and business records only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected environment variables, and encrypted storage for long-lived marketplace credentials.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that is not required for an active order or a legal recordkeeping obligation. You may also revoke eBay authorization through your eBay account settings.
Contact
Until a dedicated website support email is published, contact Yellow Brick Road Orchids through the eBay account yellowbrickroadorchids for privacy questions or requests.
